Though the county enjoys and maintains a reputation of being one of the most affluent counties in the nation, for some, that wealth is currently beyond reach. Our efforts help to eradicate those disparities, as we seek to advocate for the needs of low-income residents.

This website is the portal into our world. You will find information for each of the programs and initiatives that we offer, as well as receive news regarding those who contribute financially and volunteer. We invite you to share our site with those who can benefit from our services, as well as those whom you believe can support our efforts through their time and resources.
