Property Managers and Landlords can partner with CAC to bring weatherization services to their rental homes. From individual single-family units to larger multi-family apartment complexes, CAC can create a unique energy efficiency plan for your property.

If so, your property is automatically qualified to receive Weatherization Assistance. This program is FREE OF CHARGE to the tenant and to the landlord.
