Request for Proposal (RFP) Announcements:
Weatherization Contractors
The Community Action Council of Howard County (CAC) Weatherization Department seeks qualified contractors to provide weatherization, HVAC services, energy audits, quality control inspections, and electrification services for low-income households under multiple grant-funded programs. This RFP aims to establish a pool of contractors to fulfill work orders during the contract period: February 1, 2025 – December 31, 2028.
CAC encourages applications from minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. Additional contractors may apply throughout the contract period as needs arise.
