The Community Action Council of Howard County (CAC) will fully cover the cost of installing rooftop solar panels to income qualified residents throughout the state of Maryland.
This program is part of CAC’s broader Weatherization Services, which help families lower energy bills, stay comfortable, and make their homes healthier and safer.
