Weatherization Application
(Note, the Community Action Council of Howard County partners with Maryland DHCD on their application process)
Once you have sent in your application and documents that were required on page 1 of the application, here is what to expect next:
- A team member will review your information
- You will be contacted if further information or documents are needed (if you are a renter, you’ll receive information for your landlord’s approval)
- Once your application is fully complete, you will be contacted regarding your approval status
- If approved, a team member will work with you to schedule a walk-through of your home to assess your weatherization needs
