Update from CAC (7/25/2025)
The Community Action Council of Howard County (CAC), in partnership with Howard County Government, continues to offer no-cost heat pump installations and free weatherization services through the Climate Forward Homes program.
Climate Forward Homes through CAC eliminates fossil fuel energy in your home, reducing energy bills, improving home efficiency, and helps to make a more healthy and sustainable home. This newly funded grant aims to help the environment by helping our community, making for a cleaner and safer home for us all!
