CAC conducts a community needs assessment every three years to capture essential information about our community and to inform the work we do to best serve Howard County individuals, families, and children in need. Our methodology incorporates analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data sources. Our results are aligned with the 2-Generation and the Social Determinants of Health frameworks. The 2023 CNA reveals CAC’s top five priorities related to providing critical services and to support our neighbors working towards economic self-sufficiency and mobility.
