Weatherization is beneficial for rental properties too!

Weatherization services are available to low-to-moderate income households. If your tenants are recipients of any needs-based government programs, they may be automatically income-eligible and could follow a streamlined application process. However, a contribution may be required from the landlord before work can begin. We’ll discuss any costs upfront before we start work. Good news – your contribution may be tax deductible!
