Do you have a scheduled eviction with the Howard County Sheriff’s Office?
Are you receiving any housing subsidy, including but not limited to: Choice Voucher, BRHP, income-based housing, MIHU property, tax credit, etc.?
Are you currently employed?
Is your monthly gross income (income before any taxes are taken out) more than your monthly rent?
Do you receive any rental subsidies. (example: HUD, Howard County Voucher, BRHP, Bridges,
Howard County Housing Commission owned properties and any other income-based homes, etc.)

ALL APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE:
RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND EVICTION PREVENTION APPLICANTS MUST ALSO PROVIDE:
CAC requires at least 3 business days to process your case from the time an application is complete. If your eviction or move-in date is less than 3 business days from today, we are unable to help.
FIRST MONTH’S RENT APPLICANTS MUST ALSO PROVIDE:
Note, we are NOT able to assist with a security deposit.
