WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE

The Community Action Council of Howard County offers no-cost weatherization services to Maryland homeowners and renters. What is home weatherization? Adding new insulation and air sealing to stop indoor drafts is weatherization. It can also mean repairing or replacing your heating and cooling systems. A weatherized home uses less energy. It also improves home comfort.
